I know what it’s like to love God deeply and still feel disconnected.
For years, I tried to close that gap by doing more—reading more, praying more, serving more. But real change didn’t come until I slowed down and began tending to my heart.
I learned the hard way that unhealed heart wounds can quietly block intimacy with God and with those we love. For years, I didn’t have the right guide, framework, or permission to make heart work feel safe and accessible.
That’s why I do what I do now.
